Caroline Matthiesen made an apprenticeship as a chemical laboratory assistant at Worlée-Chemie GmbH.

After her examination 2013 she worked for 4 years in the technical marketing laboratory for waterborne binders. During that time she developed starting point formulations, worked on customer & R&D proects and therefore contributed essentially to the success of waterborne alkyds.

In 2017 she made a traineeship leading to the position as a Junior Export Manager.

Presently, Caroline is working as an Export Manager and supports Worlée´s customers and partners around the world both technically and commercially.

Among other territories, she is responsible for the UK market.
