Jill Young is the General Manager of DKSH Great Britain Ltd., part of DKSH Performance Materials, a global distributor of innovative and sustainable solutions. Jill has worked for DKSH for over 20 years as is responsible for the growth and development of the business in the UK and Ireland. The company offers products, formulations, and services for the manufacturing sector in the food and beverage, personal care, pharmaceutical, and specialty chemicals industries.

Jill has worked in the chemical industry for nearly 30 years. After graduating with a BSc in Colour & Polymer Chemistry from the University of Leeds, Jill started as a R&D Chemist at the Paint Research Association and, subsequently, moved into the sales and distribution of speciality chemicals at DKSH. Jill has been actively involved in the CBA for over 10 years and joined the Council in 2023.
