Nicola Kaye

Nicola Kaye is an experienced scientist and regulatory expert with over 25 years in the chemical industry. She has worked in various technical and product safety roles throughout her career, and is currently a Regulatory Affairs Specialist for BASF plc.

She began her career at Ciba Specialty Chemicals in the monomer research laboratories before transitioning to over to regulatory affairs ca 20 years ago.  After the acquisition of Ciba by BASF in 2009, she chose to develop her regulatory knowledge and career elsewhere, including other chemical manufacturers, aerospace distribution, and consultancy before returning to BASF in 2025 to focus on BASF’s UK REACH, GB CLP and other compliance activities within the UK.
