Graphene Engineering Innovation Centre
Lisa Scullion is the Application Manager in the Graphene Engineering Innovation Centre at the University of Manchester. Responsible for a team of scientists looking to commercialise graphene in a range of applications, with a focus on membranes, coating and composite technology.
After completing a PhD in Nanotechnology at the University of Liverpool, Lisa spent two years working as a formulation scientist for Unilever at Port sunlight. In 2012 she began working for Revolymer, a polymer technology company in North Wales where she researched and designed novel products for the detergents and speciality chemicals industry. After Revolymer became Itaconix in 2016, Lisa managed the scale up and external manufacturing of new products lines in the USA, Europe and the UK.
