PhD in chemistry at the University of Leuven Belgium.
4 years at ICI Belgium (EMEA technical service manager for surfactants in crop protection).
Joined DuPont Performance Coatings in Belgium in 2002. R&D chemist for years.
Moved to DuPont Titanium Technologies in 2006. Had several roles in TiO2 business, first as technical consultant, later as project manager.
In 2015 Titanium Technologies Business became part of Chemours (spin-off of DuPont). Since 2015 had roles as Business Development Manager for Coatings, and Account manager. Started in 2025 as technical and sustainability manager for EMEA.
