Dr James Murray is a Research Fellow in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Nottingham. He has extensive experience in the field of surface modification of materials for next generation manufacturing, by techniques including electrical discharge, pulsed electron irradiation, and thermal spray processes. He has published over 35 journal papers in the field of surface engineering and advanced manufacturing.
