Operational Manager of the Research Technology Platforms (RTPs)

Ian is the operational manager of the Research Technology Platforms (RTPs) at the University of Warwick and also runs Warwick Scientific Services (WSS). The RTPs are the core research technologies that underpin the research carried out at Warwick, whilst also providing dedicated, highly experienced technical staff who are able to train and carry out measurements on behalf of external clients. Platforms include electron microscopy, x-ray diffraction, spectroscopy and polymer characterisation. WSS is the online platform that provides access to and contracting with the RTPs for external users, but also other facilities and expertise at Warwick.
