Dorian Keursten is a Senior Project Manager Technology at Holland Colours, with over 25 years of experience in Research & Development across the chemical and coatings industries. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven. Since joining Holland Colours in 2022, Dorian has led multiple product development projects focused on innovative solutions for coatings applications. Her current work explores the use of solid colorants in both solvent- and water-based systems, with a strong focus on pigment behavior, dispersion, and process optimization in formulation development.
