Dirk Sühling studied with in-service training in Marl and graduated in 1997 as certified chemical engineer. He worked for 21 years in different R&D positions in the water based binder manufacturing industry. In April 2018 he joined Synthomer Deutschland GmbH as Technical Service Manager Coatings.
