Caroline Raine is the Regulatory Officer for BASA and also runs Caroline Raine Chemical Consultancy Limited. Caroline is the Chair of the CHCS Member Services Committee and sits on the CHCS Council. Caroline is a chemical legislation expert, with experience of interpreting and implementing legislation relating to hazardous chemicals. The knowledge Caroline has of legislation is wide ranging, covering both supply and transport legislation including REACH, Safety Data Sheets, Poison Centres, ADR, COSHH, basically anything related to chemical safety and compliance! Caroline is a DGSA for all modes of transport, road, rail, air and inland waterways.
