HARDLEN^® are resin grafted with Chlorine /and (or) Maleic anhydride, which has good adhesion power to Polyolefins without any surface treatment.

These show excellent adhesion to Polyolefins without any surface treatment such as corona or flame,and available to choose Solvent base system(Aromatic or HAPS free), Waterborne system , UV Cure system and Hot melt system( See “TOYO-TAC®”).

They are available for both solvent  and waterborne systems in solid and solution form.

Vylon Product series are high molecular weight copolyester resins showing good adhesion to PET.PVC, metals and Textiles.The polymerizing technology of Vylon give excellent flexibility, bend performance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance and flame resisitance.

The LR 1000 control is a cost efficient, modular laboratory reactor designed to optimize chemical reaction processes as well as for mixing, dispersing and homogenization tasks on a lab scale particularly in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry. The system can be adapted quickly and easily to a wide range of applications and specific requirements.

Prominent features are its intuitive menu navigation, integrated pH and temperature sensor connection as well as several interfaces that allow display and storage of process-relevant data on a PC. By using the laboratory software labworldsoft® (accessory) it is possible to even control the reactor via PC and make further settings. In addition, a control valve connection to attach a magnetic valve (accessory) for program-based cooling water control is integrated.

The IKA magic PLANT is a laboratory scale process plant for batch wise mixing and emulsifying of low viscous masses up to masses just about capable of flowing. Rhopoint TAMS™

The Rhopoint TAMS™ is a portable machine vision system developed in collaboration with Volkswagen AG and Audi AG that revolutionises the measurement and quality control of high quality surface finishes. The Rhopoint TAMS™ can be used throughout to coating process from raw material, e-coat and c-coat predicting the final visual judgement of the customer using the Quality and Harmony indices.

The CM-26dG & CM-26d, are the successors to the CM-2600d and CM-2500d spectrophotometers widely used in the industry. The new devices are portable sphere type spectrophotometers with horizontal alignment, ideal for measuring the colour of flat or large samples. The devices deliver measurement data including (SCI) and excluding (SCE) surface conditions in one measurement sequence, at Ultra-High Speed.
